In a world where so many people over promise and under deliver, Mike does just the opposite. In addition to being a wealth of knowledge pertaining to fitness and nutrition, Mike is a master motivator. I spent most of my 20’s and 30’s between twenty and thirty pounds overweight. I started working out with Mike at age 40 and now, in my mid-40’s, I’m in the best shape of my life. Mike has given me the lifelong gift of teaching me how to live a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
