I genuinely look forward to working out with Mike, and if you know me, you would know how surprising that is. Our sessions fly by, and I only wish I could come more. Before we started, I didn’t know anything about fitness, and at first, I was scared of the weights, the equipment and everything about training. But working with Mike has made me feel strong and capable. It’s been as good for my mind as it has been for my body. No matter how bad I feel when I walk down those stairs, I feel totally energized when I come out. I have actual muscles now! He definitely pushes me, but he’s also supportive and encouraging. I never thought I would be the kind of person that looks forward to exercising, but here we are!
