After procrastinating for about a year, I finally decided to give Lynch fitness a call and try a workout with Mike. I have been active in sports and lifting workouts my entire life and was hesitant to get a coach after so many years of extensive reading and self-workouts and thru knowledge accumulated from gyms, videos, and subscriptions.
