Thank you Mike Lynch for your encouragement, knowledge, assistance and wonderful ability to make my body and mind work so well. Nine years ago I entered the “World of Mike Lynch.” I was a sixty-four year old girl (in my mind) slightly overweight, who had worked with other trainers and nutritionists. Through working with Mike I have increased my workout abilities, lost weight and kept it off and come off medications. He heals and helps your body, health and mind. He has a very positive attitude and approach and always finds the right thing to say and do. I am now a seventy-three year girl (in my mind) in very good shape and leading a fit and healthy lifestyle.
